Popeye is a wonderful little boy.  He is shy at first, but warms up very quickly.  Once he knows you his tail does not stop wagging.  We are wondering if he may be a little bit beagle, but he also has all the qualities we all love in a doxie.  You have to meet him - he is gorgeous.  Popeye is 1 year old, he is 13.5 pounds and his adoption fee is $170.00.
